Nature of the beat, it’s okay to be at a loss right now. Everybody’s kinda on their own cycle. We all have different limits. Some people, like James Finn, are more prolific and really have their fingers on the pulse of what’s going on and can quickly and effectively address a smattering of topics all at once. That’s a gift. Others, like myself, write less frequent. Know that neither’s right or wrong. And you don’t have to follow either route. The key is to know and do what works for you. If a you have something to add to the conversation, by all means, do so. But if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed and don’t feel up to contributing, there’s no shame in that. None at all.

We all need time to take a break. I, myself, am putting a little distance between myself and addressing these issues on Medium as I’m in a bit of a “45 regime overload.” To my thinking, it’s too toxic, too much, and too pervasive. To write about his shenanigans requires more than I have to give at present … and I feel no shame in shoring up my reserves.

Here’s a little something that addresses everyone’s need to occasionally renew.

Thank goodness for the Jims in our lives. And thank you Joe, for the shout-out.
