Maya Angelou’s words make me feel empowered, whole, transcendent, capable, unstoppable, lighter than air, stronger than titanium (I’m assuming that titanium is super strong), wiser after reading her words than before reading them, able to move in the direction of forgiveness even if it was at a glacial pace ([chuckle] slow movement’s better than no movement), loving & lovable, capable of giving know that whatever is mine is His, proud to be me, and eager to reach whatever level of greatness God has in store for me beyond my present trials.

Her words make me feel good about myself, others, and the world.
