Jim, this just popped into my head: were you around a few years ago when @Treisthename kicked off a really memorable Medium event, Light Up Medium. Talk with her about it. Perhaps you could do something similar. I don't remember what all it involved, but she could tell you and I bet it would inspire to create something similar, but new. I remember it being a wonderful way to build a sense of community. Check it out!
