Ré, frankly, that reboot was way off my radar. I heard about it and my reaction was tepid at best. I can’t even say I was waiting for her to implode. Given what’s gone on in this country over the last two years, it wasn’t implausible that she’d be given a second chance. And that the show would be the crown jewel in ABC’s primetime line-up is no surprise at all. It’s all about dollars and lack of common sense.

History is going record that 2016 (till who knows when) was when the United States of America officially lost touch with its sense of purpose and direction.
