Chad, this is by far the most relevant, enlightening, and empowering piece I’ve read in a long time. Not only do you address a very real situation that exists in America; but you define it, dissect it, and then offer several means of correcting the situation.

I know this was not presented as a cure for all of America’s ills, but it’s a great way to affect (sp?) change in my immediate corner of the world.
