Aura, I’ve heard that time and time again. You what? Why not just say, We hear you. We know there’s a problem. So we’re shutting Medium down for twenty-four hours to fix things. Is that so terrible? I bet EVERYONE who uses Medium would be willing to forego the service for a day or a few hours a day for a few days in order to have a better working portal. It would free up User Services from having to send out those Yeah, we know… letters.
If Disney can do maintenance on their parks in the wee hours of the morning, surely Medium can? Right, Ev?
